SEN Learning Mentor
We're looking for a warm, positive SEN Learning Mentor to join a fantastic specialist school near Guildford, Surrey.
You'll be part of a caring team who put wellbeing first and create a safe, nurturing space for students with complex needs to flourish.
The Role
- Provide day-to-day emotional and learning support
- Help students overcome challenges and celebrate their wins
- Build trusting relationships with learners who need consistency
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to support personalised plans
What We're Looking For
- A patient, kind, encouraging person
- Great at building rapport and listening
- SEN experience is helpful, but we value attitude most!
- Ability to commute reliably
What You'll Get

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-16:00
