Summary
Student Support Assistant (SEN)
We're looking for a friendly, caring Student Support Assistant to join a lovely specialist school near Horsham, Surrey.
This school has a warm, therapeutic feel, small classes, and a truly supportive team who are passionate about helping young people with complex needs thrive.
The Role
- Support students with autism and complex needs
- Be a calm, encouraging presence throughout their day
- Work closely with a caring staff team
- Celebrate progress and help students reach their full potential
What We're Looking For
- A kind, patient, and positive person
- SEN experience is great-but not essential!
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to commute reliably

- Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-16:00
