Children's Residential Support Worker – Make a Difference They’ll Never Forget
This isn’t just a job.
This is being the person a child remembers for the rest of their life.
At Rainbows Corner in Rotherham, we care for children with physical and learning disabilities, including Autism. Right now, we’re looking for genuine, caring, down-to-earth people—especially those who love getting out, doing activities, and being part of a close, family-style team where everyone supports one another.
We are a five-bed home, currently caring for boys who are full of energy, humour and personality. What they need most are positive role models who will truly show up for them—people who will kick a football around, take them on adventures, cheer them on at matches, build life skills, boost their confidence, and show them that adults can be safe, reliable and even fun.
If you’re someone who:
• Wants your work to mean something
• Takes pride in helping others grow
• Wants to be part of a supportive team who genuinely has each other’s backs
• Loves being active, spontaneous and hands-on
• Can stay calm, patient and understanding, even when things get tough
…then you could be the person who helps change a child’s story for the better.
At Rainbows Corner, you’re not just filling a shift.
You’re giving childhood back—and that is something powerful.
