Night Support Worker
£12.30 per hour | Flexible Night Shifts
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Support Worker to join a mental health service based in Ratby. You will be supporting adults experiencing mental health challenges, providing reassurance, safety, and practical assistance throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Offering emotional support to individuals in mental health crisis
Monitoring wellbeing and promoting a calm, safe environment
Assisting with night-time routines and responding to any immediate needs
Recording accurate notes and communicating effectively with the daytime team
Working as part of a supportive, dedicated staff group
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in mental health support is essential
Someone calm, patient, and able to de-escalate distress
Ability to work flexible night shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for helping others
