Summary

About the role

The Audience Designer is a hands-on role, creating and delivering customer audiences and journeys across all channels. Using Adobe Experience Platform You\'ll build, test, and run campaigns that keep customers at the centre of every decision we make. This role is about execution and craft — making sure journeys are built correctly, audiences are accurate, and campaigns land seamlessly.

You will be responsible for

- Build customer segments in Adobe AEP based on briefs from stakeholders

- Add value by recommending improvements and best practice to audience design

- Define decisioning logic, branching rules, timing, frequency, suppression rules Run test and learn experiments (A/B splits, subject lines, send-time optimisation).

- Check data accuracy, troubleshoot journey issues, and liaise with Tech/Data if something breaks.

- Ensure real-time or near-real-time triggers (e.g. behavioural events) feed into journeys

- Understand (or coordinate) API, event, streaming, batch integrations

- Stay current with Adobe product roadmap, emerging capabilities, industry best practices

- Pilot new use cases (real-time personalization, predictive journeys, AI decisioning

- Maintain audience catalogue and documentation.

- Recommend process improvements

- Champion customer-first thinking in audience design

You will need

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform / CDP, Adobe Journey Orchestration / Adobe Campaign (or equivalent)

- Understanding of APIs, streaming/event data, identity resolution

- Ability to write or collaborate on SQL / scripting / logic for segmentation

-Track record of running tests, optimisation, iteration

- Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations in a customer context
