Summary
You'll be visiting clients in their own homes and offering the highest level of support and care in Sandwell for 15-25 hours a week.
4pm to 9pm. Mon to Fri
7am to 1pm and 4pm to 9pm Weekends.
Key requirements:
Previous care experience required
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Must be immediately available
