Summary
Forklift Operator – HU7 Area
Pay: £12.25 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
⦠Monday to Thursday: 07:45–17:00 (0.5 hr lunch)
⦠Friday: 07:45–12:45
Contract: Ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person

We are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in the HU7 area. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to lead to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
⦠Operating the forklift truck safely and efficiently
⦠Manual handling duties, including unloading containers
⦠Moving materials and stock around the site
⦠Supporting general warehouse and production activities
⦠Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
⦠Valid and in-date FLT licence (Counterbalance or as required)
⦠Experience in manual handling and unloading containers
⦠Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
⦠Reliability, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
⦠Strong attention to detail
