I am seeking a dedicated and driven Deputy Manager to join a progressive care organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple services.
  • Lead and supervise staff teams, including rota planning, mentoring, and supervisions.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and enablement in all aspects of care.
  • Assist with assessments, care planning, and transitions for new service users.
  • Maintain compliance through audits, documentation, and governance standards.
  • Consult with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support.
  • Provide firsthand care when required and contribute to rota cover.

Benefits:
