Summary
Seedlings Montessori Pre-school in Bromley is seeking a dedicated Montessori Teacher who is passionate about nurturing young children and guiding their natural love of learning.
We’re a small, welcoming team with over 20 years’ experience, a strong reputation in our community and a deep commitment to authentic Montessori practice.
As a Montessori Teacher at Seedlings you will:
• Plan, prepare and maintain a carefully prepared classroom for children aged 2–5
• Present Montessori materials and activities, adapting to children’s interests and developmental stages
• Observe and record each child’s progress, using your insights to guide next steps
• Support children’s independence, social skills and self-confidence through hands-on learning
• Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure every child feels secure, valued and supported
• Contribute to team meetings, planning and reflections to maintain a high-quality Montessori environment
This is a term-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (35 hours per week). As part of our team you’ll enjoy manageable class sizes, a small number of key children, and a supportive working environment where your ideas and passion for Montessori are truly appreciated. We offer a staff car park for easy commuting, term-time working hours (school holidays off), and a professional online Montessori system to cut down on paperwork, giving you more time for meaningful, hands-on learning with the children.
If you’re a caring Montessori educator who thrives on creating an environment where children can flourish, we’d love to hear from you.
