Home Care Worker – Wantage
Pay: From £17.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, morning shifts
We are looking for a part-time Home Care Worker to start immediately in the Wantage area.
Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide high-quality care and support to a family in Wantage. In this role, you will play an essential part in helping a client begin their day safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing morning personal care and daily assistance
• Supporting with light household tasks, such as changing bedding and cleaning the bathroom once the client is up for the day
• Working confidently with clients who have autism and complex needs
Requirements
• A caring, empathetic nature and a genuine desire to support others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changing needs
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional at all times
• Experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs is essential
