We are currently seeking Winter Labourers to join our dedicated team based in Ardelve, Kyle Of Lochalsh, Highland.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Winter Operative, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Scotland’s roads safe and moving.
Your duties will include:
Road and pavement gritting/clearing
Gulley clearing and cleaning
Supporting general road safety and maintenance operations during winter weather
What We Offer:
Long-term contract through to April 2026
Full-time hours
Training provided – previous experience welcomed but not essential

What You’ll Need:
Standard Driving Licence
Flexibility to work nightshift and day shift, as well as being on stand by
A positive attitude and no objection to working outdoors in all weather conditions
Being proactive and reactive to call outs
