Summary
Are you a certified and experienced telehandler driver available for an immediate short-term contract? We need reliable cover on a busy new build housing site in Burniston.
The Role and Responsibilities:You will be essential in keeping the site logistics flowing smoothly by safely moving materials and supporting trades during this contract period.
- Safe operation of the Telehandler to transport and position materials (e.g., bricks, roof materials, timber) across the site.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Performing mandatory daily pre-start safety checks and immediately reporting any faults.
- Working effectively with Site Management to meet the daily material demands.
- Strict adherence to all Health & Safety guidelines and lifting procedures.
- A valid CPCS or NPORS telehandler certification is mandatory.
- A valid CSCS card is essential for site access.
- Proven experience operating a Telescopic Handler on a busy residential site.
- High level of reliability and punctuality for the specified contract duration.
- Must have your own suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Full UK driving licence.
