Join Paxton Personnel, working in partnership with one of the largest Road Maintenance Services in Scotland, helping to keep our roads safe throughout the winter months – and making sure no icy roads can stop you from visiting Auntie Jean!
We are currently seeking Winter Patrol HGV Drivers to join our dedicated team based in Killin, Perthshire (Stirling Council area).
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Winter Patrol Driver, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Scotland’s roads safe and moving. Your duties will include:
Driving and operating the plough on designated routes
Road and pavement gritting
Gulley clearing and cleaning
Supporting general road safety and maintenance operations during winter weather
What We Offer:
Long-term contract through to April 2026
Full-time hours with a regular shift pattern (4 nights on / 4 nights off)
Training provided – previous experience welcomed but not essential

What You’ll Need:
Cat C Licence (HGV Class 2)
Driver CPC
Digital Tachograph Card
A positive attitude and no objection to working outdoors in all weather conditions
