Summary
Connect with what you’ll do
In your role you’ll:
Identify and undertake works of an electrical nature as required, including but not limited to lighting and power installation, re-lamping of fittings, general repairs or installations and socket replacements.
Keep and maintain records of time spent on a job, any materials used and any other
information required for audit purposes.
Complete work of a general planned and reactive maintenance nature where needed.
Ensure all works are tested and certified in accordance with National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting regulations.
Carry out electrical and general building services callouts.
Carry out planned maintenance activities and remedial works
Participate in the out of hours (evening and weekend) standby and callout rota
Potentially work in tight loft spaces, plant rooms, or at height using ladders to carry out inspections and repairs.
Be safety-conscious doing your job, including while climbing stairs and ladders, lifting or transporting tooling and access equipment (e.g. ladders) and electrical materials/products (e.g. lights and rolls of cable in a range of shapes,
sizes and weights)
Work collaboratively with other teams, always keeping the customer updated along the way.
Always provide excellent customer service, taking the time to listen, understand and then identify the best way forward.

We’re looking for someone with:
Level 3 Electrical qualification (i.e, Level 3 National Vocational
Qualifications (NVQ) / City & Guilds 2360, 2330, 2357, or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671:2018 / City & Guilds 2382
Initial Verification of Electrical Installations (i.e Level 3 City
&Guilds 2391-50 or equivalent)
Periodic inspection, testing and certifications of electrical installations (i.e Level 3 City &Guilds 2391-51 or equivalent)
Full drivers licence
Experience in commercial building services, facilities management, residential property maintenance or social housing maintenance.
It’d blow us away if you had:
Working at Height or Prefabricated Access Supplier and Manufacturers Association (PASMA) or International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) certification
Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card
L8 Legionella qualification
