We are seeking a Workplace Experience Lead to manage a diverse team and deliver an exceptional workplace experience for our client.​

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee front-of-house operations, collaborate closely with the client, and ensure high standards across all services.

You will be the go-to person for the site, providing confident and professional support to both the team and the client.

Job Description

Managing a team that includes two receptionists, a porter, a sub-contracted security guard, catering staff, Assistant Facilities Managers, and cleaners, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations.​

From meeting room setups and hospitality services to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone on site.​

This role offers opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Oversee meeting room setups and hospitality, including buffet arrangements.

Collaborate with the client to maintain strong relationships and manage expectations.

Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain a clear, presentable, and safe office environment, addressing cleanliness and comfort factors.

Monitor and support compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Act as the main point of contact for workplace experience issues and requests.

Ensure effective communication between the ISS team and the client.

Provide leadership and guidance to Assistant Facilities Managers and other team members.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred (training provided if needed).

Confident and professional, with excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage expectations and build strong client relationships.

IT literate and comfortable using systems for coordination and reporting.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.

Proactive and solutions-focused, with attention to detail.
