Summary
The main duties of the job: To follow the Practice Workflow Optimisation Protocol Read all documents and incoming patient correspondence Highlight and action all requests and signpost to the appropriate teams Code all relevant diagnosis Decide whether the document is suitable for file and completion or whether further action is required Scan patient correspondence one the medical record and workflow to correct route Monitor Practice email account and action accordingly Contact patients to organise appointments, further tests at the request of the GPs
