We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the smooth running of our facilities operations and deliver excellent service to customers and stakeholders.
Working alongside the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will help maintain compliance, manage administrative tasks, and ensure day-to-day activities run efficiently.
Job Description
This role combines front-of-house duties with facilities administration, including managing stock, coordinating maintenance, and supporting visitors.
You will play a key part in creating a positive experience for colleagues and guests while contributing to high standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Manage stock orders and maintain inventory levels.
Welcome visitors and provide front-of-house support.
Handle reception and administrative tasks, including managing emails and the FM mailbox.
Use the CAFM system to log and close jobs, and oversee reactive and planned maintenance (PPM).
Carry out weekly PPM tasks such as water flushing, visual checks, and site walkarounds.
Coordinate meeting room management and porterage services.
Deliver inductions for new starters, including health, safety, and environmental briefings.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
Provide general administrative support to the team.

Strong administrative skills and basic computer proficiency.
