We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our Exotic Car Division in the Runcorn area. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium brand and deliver exceptional service to customers renting high-end vehicles for their travel needs.

As a Customer Assistant Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable. You’ll assist customers both in person and over the phone, while also providing essential administrative support.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing division of the business, with real potential for career progression.

The role requires flexibility, with shifts available across seven days a week between 8am-6pm. You’ll be contracted for 45 hours per week, working on a rotating shift pattern that includes weekends. Flexibility with working days and times is essential to meet business needs, and occasional overnight stays may be required due to the geographical area covered.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have both on-site valeting and driving responsibilities. They will provide a high level of customer service while delivering and collecting a wide variety of vehicles for customers.

    • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
    • Handle customer inquiries via phone and face-to-face interactions
    • Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
    • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all processes
    • Represent the brand professionally at all times.
    • Driving vehicles up to and including 7.5 tonnes and ensuring they are well maintained, damage free and safe to drive
    • To deliver and collect a variety of vehicles in keeping with the category of your licence entitlement. To inspect and assist in ensuring vehicles are kept to an exceptionally high standard to provide outstanding customer satisfaction
    • To inspect all vehicles upon delivery and collection to ensure that any defects or damage is recorded, agreed, and signed for by the customer, whilst maintaining a strong relationship with the customer
    • A responsibility to secure company assists and premises at times, for example rental branch location, fuel card etc
    • A responsibility to record and store expenses whilst working away
    • To complete all necessary handover documents via Launchpad/tablet technology or paperwork, such as rental check sheets, Mitigation/legal forms etc ensuring that all details are correct and accurate
    • To take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and to take reasonable care not to put other people – fellow employees, members of the public – at risk by what you do or don’t do in the course of your work
