Location: Kingsmore Court – Drumchapel, Glasgow

Hours: 39 hours per week (Weeknights & Weekends)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

About the service

Kingsmore Court provides supported accommodation to adults with a range of needs including autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, acquired brain injury, physical disabilities and communication difficulties. Support is delivered across two neighbouring properties connected by an adjoining door, creating a homely environment where individuals are supported to feel safe, respected and empowered.

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Duty Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support throughout the night. You will work independently at times as well as part of a small, experienced team.

Typical Night Shift: 10pm – 8am

Key Responsibilities:


Provide direct overnight support to adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
Deliver personal care, including catheter care and the use of continence aids.
Safely operate mobility equipment such as stand-aids and hoists to reposition individuals.
Maintain a clean and safe home environment, completing cleaning and laundry tasks as required.
Complete accurate documentation including daily notes, fluid/food charts and other essential records.
Communicate clearly and professionally strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Use initiative and problem-solving skills during lone-working periods while remaining an effective team member.


What We’re Looking For:


Ability to work night shifts flexibly, including weekends.
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism or mental health needs (preferred but not essential).
Confidence using mobility aids and providing personal care (training can be provided).
Reliable, compassionate and committed to high-quality support.
Candidates to be based in North / North-West Glasgow
Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process)
