Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Children's Home Manager/Registered Manager to join a well-established care provider known for delivering high-quality residential support for young people within a nurturing, well-structured environment.
As a Children's Home Manager/Registered Manager, you will be overseeing the daily running of a children's residential home and ensuring the service operates to exceptional standards.
This is a full-time role offering, flexible working options, a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 and benefits.
What we are looking for
- Previously worked as a Children's Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, Registered Home Manager,Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare manager or in a similar role.
- Experience of 1 year supervising care staff within a residential childcare environment
- Have at least 2 years of recent experience (5 years) working in children's homes
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in residential childcare
- Working towards or having achieved a Level 5 qualification in residential childcare
- Ability to balance leadership duties with strong safeguarding practice
