Summary

Job Description:

InBond Document Management Limited is a provider of specialised warehousing and document management services. After a period of structured growth, InBond is seeking to recruit a Case Note Picker, Filer, Driver to join its existing warehouse team.

The position requires working 35 hours per week between 7 am and 11 pm, Monday to Friday, weekend on call may be required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure timely and efficient delivery of documents and products to clients at various locations.
Prioritise customer service and maintain its delivery at all times.
Be responsible for personal health and safety, as well as the safety of others in the warehouse.
Retrieve and store client files, boxes, and products.
Pull requested patient notes from warehouse locations according to provided instructions and return them to the customer in line with delivery deadlines as per the Service Level Agreement.
Deliver and/or collect files using the company vehicle when necessary.
Receive boxes of notes, empty boxes, sort notes in the correct order, update the system, and file notes back into the appropriate warehouse section.
Complete daily documentation related to file processing.
Use a PC and barcode scanners for data input.
Participate in a shift rotation. Work at height using material handling equipment on a regular basis.
Lift heavy boxes of records daily.
Perform general warehousing duties including stock movement and housekeeping.
Comply with company confidentiality agreements.

The Company offers an attractive salary and benefit package, including 20 days’ annual leave per year (including bank holidays), This leave increases by one day for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days per year, also including bank holidays, along with a company pension scheme.
