Summary
Do you have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills? The Cambridge Clinical Research Centre are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse with a strong interest or background in research to join the team.
Do you want to support clinical studies that could shape the future of medical treatment? Would you like to develop your leadership skills whilst coordinating clinical research across a variety of specialties including: Neurosciences, Oncology, Haematology, Metabolic, Paediatric and Maternal Health.

The post holder is responsible for the provision of high quality, patient focused clinical research for the CCRC.
Developing and implementing specialist nursing care and data collection according to study protocols in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practice, EU Clinical Trials legislation and the NHS research governance framework.
Will support the Junior Research Nurse in the co-ordination of research studies within the CCRC on a day-to-day basis and provide specialist research skills and clinical care for participants.
To assist the Senior Nurse in the overall management of the unit. To act as Associate Study Link Co-ordinator/Study Link Co-ordinator ensuring the safe and efficient running of research studies within the facility and maintaining a safe and high standard of participant care. This post involves shift patterns, including internal rotation onto night duty to ensure 24-hour cover if required (including bank holidays and weekends).
