Crynodeb
The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for managing and operating all programs and activities related to the Integrated Management System (IMS), which includes Quality (ISO 9001:2015 standard), Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018 standard), and Environmental (ISO 14001:2015) standards and will report to the QHSE Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
-Assisting with and communicating IMS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
-Acting as Deputy Representative for Quality Assurance.
-Preparing monthly check documentation and coordinating returns.
-Assisting with internal audits, site inspections, weekly/monthly checks, and supplier verification.
-Supporting operations and management.
-Promoting safety culture within the business.
-Arranging, coordinating, and recording trainings.
-Assisting with the maintenance of ISO standards.
-Investigating non-conformances, monitoring corrective and preventative actions.
-Implementing QMS and HSE strategies and initiatives.
-Controlling measuring equipment and permits to work for visiting contractors.
-Deputising for the QHSE Manager during absence.
-Carrying out any other duties as directed by the QHSE Manager
The role requires:
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong team orientation, and a practical, flexible approach to providing QHSE support and services.
-Knowledge of QHSE practices, standards, and general legislation and regulatory requirements is also essential.
-Key performance measures include customer satisfaction, aptitude and attitude, and internal audits
-Bring ideas to the table and be ready to compromise, or at other times, fight your corner.
