Grade 3: £23815 - £23881 pro rata plus 50p per hour supplement

Applications are invited for two permanent part time Receptionists, working 16 hours per week in The Management Centre Reception department.

Duties will include undertaking reception duties at The Management Centre, meeting and greeting all visitors to the centre and efficiently dealing with all individuals contacting the centre by telephone or email.

Candidates should have previous experience working in a hotel or customer led environment with experience of being a first point of contact. Candidates must also have experience of dealing with senior members of staff on matter of sensitivity and confidentiality. Candidates should hold a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A* - D (incl. English and Maths) or NVQ level 1 in a relevant subject area (or equivalent) or should possess equivalent experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible.

The ability to speak Welsh confidently to carry out certain tasks is essential for this post e.g speaking to staff and students, answering phone calls, dealing with urgent enquiries in Welsh.
