As a Contract Manager at Hyde, you’ll work within our Real Estate and Facilities function to ensure Hyde’s interests are protected in relation to leasehold and management agreements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and upholding high standards of property management across our leasehold portfolio.
Key Duties
Analyse leasehold and management agreements between Hyde and freeholders or managing agents, highlighting key terms and obligations.
Monitor compliance with contractual terms and performance against agreed service levels and standards.
Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure maintenance and repairs meet required standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with freeholders, managing agents, and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions.

Proven experience in contract management, ideally within the housing or property management sector.
Strong understanding of leasehold agreements and property management principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts and identify key obligations.
Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple agreements and deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to leasehold agreements and property management.
