Duration: 3-Month Contract (ASAP Start)
Location: Remote (with potential for some office-based work if local to the Highlands)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £15.09 per hour
Our client is looking to recruit an Administrative Officers to provide general administrative support across various teams for an initial period of 3 months, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Creating agendas from workplans and action plans
- Updating workplans/action plans where required
- Attending committee meetings and producing accurate, detailed minutes
- Managing diaries and arranging meetings
- Organising travel, accommodation, and refreshments
- Coordinating large events involving multiple stakeholders
- Supporting communication and engagement activities

- Strong minute-taking experience
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident working independently and using initiative
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
