Hours: 10:00 – 18:30 – Monday – Friday
Salary: £28,000p.a.

The Opportunity
A chance to step further into operational management within a busy home-delivery depot. The role offers increased responsibility, scope to progress, and the ability to work in an environment that is independent but still collaborative. Leadership is supportive and hands-off, giving space to take ownership and develop.
The Role
- Checking drivers back in after their routes and ensuring all tools and equipment are returned
- Maintaining vehicle and fleet compliance
- Supporting day-to-day depot operations and administrative tasks
- Assisting in the running of 10–28 delivery routes per day
- Leading and motivating delivery teams
- Helping to raise, investigate and resolve delivery issues or incidents
- Providing clear communication and detailed handovers to the evening Shift Manager

A confident, resilient individual with experience at supervisor level or above in home delivery, transport or logistics. Someone who uses initiative, communicates clearly and takes pride in supporting smooth, efficient depot operations. Passion for leading teams and maintaining standards is essential.
