Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

At Think Differently Education Trust, we believe great HR goes beyond policies and processes. That’s why we’re looking for a skilled and motivated HR Advisor who can deliver high-quality, people-first HR support across our growing multi-academy trust.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all staff including leaders; your day-to-day work will be in the field of recruitment, wellbeing initiatives, and payroll to help us continue to develop a strong, values-led culture. If you’re CIPD qualified (or willing to work towards it), enjoy working with data and solving problems, and want to be part of something meaningful — this is the opportunity for you.

We will consider applications from candidates with strong background in the education sector; previous payroll admin experience would be of advantage but an aptitude to numbers is a must.

Help us shape the future of education. Apply today!

Please note: we reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.

Full completed applications should be emailed to vacancies@jamesbrindley.org.uk. Please ensure application forms are signed if sending via email.

If you have provided an email address, we will use that for correspondence.

If your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted via email. Please ensure you check your junk/spaminboxes.

What the school offers its staff

‘Think Differently’ to inspire young people to overcome all barriers and achieve their dreams.

• Do you want to work in an organisation that recognises the benefits of a good work/life balance for their workforce?
• Do you want to work in an organisation that invests heavily in CPD and allocates additional training days to develop their staff?

If you have answered ‘yes’ to all these questions, join our team!
