What skills and experience we're looking for

This will include providing administrative support for the attendance team, acting as a point of contact for parents and the pastoral the team, alongside the organisation and completion of attendance and other pastoral documentation.

You must be a team player, be able to build relationships with staff and parents/carers whilst maintaining strictest confidence, be dynamic and flexible and want to seek out better ways of working. This range of activity has considerable breadth, so you should have demonstrable experience in some of the key areas and be willing to learn new skills in others. You will work closely with subject matter experts, but need to be able to thrive in getting on with tasks set and will be given the freedom to set up and develop your own systems where appropriate.
