Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong desire to make a positive impact
- Experience with behavior management techniques (preferred)
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you'll need a genuine passion for supporting young people and a commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Experience working with young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviors (beneficial)
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures in an educational setting
- Digital literacy skills
- Full driving license and access to transport (for some roles)
Education
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification)
