As a Specialist Clinical Coder, you will:
• accurately abstract, analyse, and assign complex diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10 and OPCS-4 classifications
• work closely with clinical teams to validate and enhance the quality of coded data
• take the lead on specific specialties and complex coding scenarios
• act as a mentor to junior coders and support their development
• contribute to clinical engagement, KPI monitoring, audit preparation and data quality improvement

We are responsible for accurately translating patient information into codes that are used for billing, research, and planning purposes.
