Production Operator - Larkhall
Salary: £25,480 annually
Overtime Rates: £18.38 & £24.50 per hour
We're looking for dedicated Production Operators to join our team in Larkhall within the Paint Shop department.
As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring parts are manufactured to exact specifications and meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Configuring production equipment to meet specific requirements for each part, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Handling large automotive parts - placing them onto frames for production or removing them after painting and drying.
- Conducting visual inspections at various stages to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
- Monitoring machine performance, making minor adjustments to maintain consistency and quality.
- Using computer systems to track production data and maintain accurate records.
