Rochdale Family Hub are places where children and their families can receive seamless integrated services and information and where they can access help and support from multi-disciplinary teams of professionals. Working to deliver better outcomes for children and their families. Family hubs are based on the concept of providing integrated education, care, family support, health services and support with employment being key factors in determining good outcomes for children and their parents.

We have 2 Supporting Family Key Worker posts available. These are available for part time permanent contracts. (18 hours 30 minutes). These posts will be post will be based within the family hubs as part of the Pennine and Heywood Neighbourhoods.

We are looking for passionate and committed people, with relevant experience, to join us and contribute to the family centred, highly professional service, we deliver. The role includes training, and opportunity to deliver, evidenced based interventions on a one to one basis in family homes, and in facilitation of groups within a quality assurance framework.

You would be line managed by either a Children and Family Manager and work closely with other Supporting Families Key Workers, Early Years Workers and receptionists. Central to this role, you will build strong relationships to offer integrated support to families, within our multi-agency partnership.

The successful post holder will be required to travel to various locations within and outside the Borough as required. Occasional work outside of the normal hours may be required as per the needs of the service.
