Your New RoleAs an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the technical design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with architects and senior technologists, you'll contribute to detailed design, construction documentation, and project coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the technical design and delivery of projects across the bluelight, education, and housing sectors.
- Producing accurate technical drawings, specifications, and BIM documentation using Revit and other digital tools.
- Assisting with project programmes, budgets, and resource coordination.
- Attending site inspections and supporting construction phase activities to ensure compliance and quality.
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors under the guidance of senior colleagues.
- Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and practice development initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist (or working towards CIAT chartership).
- Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing, specification writing, and project delivery.
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
