Were looking for a passionate, people-focused Community Pathways & Engagement Lead to help residents of Tower Hamlets discover new opportunities, overcome barriers, and take steps towards brighter futures.
As part of our Restart Scheme, you'll:
- Build strong links with local charities, businesses, and services.
- Unlock opportunities for work tasters, volunteering, and employment.
- Host inclusive community events that bring participants and providers together.
- Offer coaching-style support in groups and one-to-one, helping participants grow in confidence and explore their aspirations.
- Champion culturally sensitive engagement, particularly supporting Bengali-speaking residents who may face language or cultural barriers to work.

- Are skilled at building trust and communicating across diverse communities.
- Understand the local Tower Hamlets landscape of services and opportunities.

- (Bonus) Speak Bengali or another local community language, or have lived experience of the barriers our participants face.
