The Role:
Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager, you’ll provide administrative compliance support to ensure Evolution adheres to
relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of Team Evo and

Core responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager, provide comprehensive administrative support to the Risk & Compliance team.
* Learn how financial services regulation applies to our business.
* Assist with maintaining risk & compliance logs and registers, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
* Triage complaints and assist in gathering key evidence as part of the complaint investigation.
* Triage and assist in gathering information for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
* Attend departmental meetings, record the minutes, and distribute any actions.
* Support in action monitoring and resolution reporting from all departments.
* Help prepare for and respond to internal and external audits by gathering and organising necessary documentation.
* Assist with the planning and facilitation of risk assessments, control workshops, and governance reporting.
* Support the team on the implementation and enhancement of risk and control frameworks across the business.
* Review and distribute day-to-day compliance queries that are sent to the compliance, complaints, and audit mailboxes.
* Assist with the production of high-quality management information and contribute to committee papers and stakeholder
presentations.
* Any other duties necessary to support the team meet its objectives.
This role is for you if you have:
Essential
* Proven experience in a compliance, risk, or audit administrator role in financial services, with strong organisational and time
management skills. Minimum of 1 year.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting to individuals at all levels.
* Strong data analysis skills, exceptional accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Able to communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences that aids decision making.
* Proactive individuals who take ownership of the tasks assigned to them and manage their workload effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* High degree of discretion and a commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
* Willing to stay informed about regulatory changes.

Desirable
* A basic understanding of the FCA’s Mortgage (MCOB) handbook.
* A basic understanding of the FCA’s Consumer Credit (CONC) handbook.
* A basic understanding of the FCA’s Dispute Resolution (DISP) handbook.
* A basic understanding of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
* Recent Graduate in a related field (e.g., Finance, law, business, etc.).
