The role
We're hiring a Senior Pump Service Engineer or Pump Services Manager to work on clean water and drainage pump systems in residential properties across London and the Home Counties. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, prioritise the jobs that need your skills most, and play a key role in shaping how we deliver pump services. This role is designed to grow into leading a small team, with plenty of support to help you get there.
Key Responsibilities (and what you get out of them)
• Work on clean water booster sets and submersible pumps (Lowara, Wilo, Grundfos, DAB, Aquatech, Espa) so you stay hands-on with top-tier equipment
• Use your fault-finding skills to keep systems running smoothly, reducing downtime for our clients
• Get involved in quoting and advising on new work so your technical know-how drives smarter decisions
• Tackle control panel tasks and small pump projects so your days are varied and challenging
• Handle water sampling and reporting to support our broader hygiene services and keep customers compliant
• Be part of a reliable on-call rota (with overtime) so you’re rewarded for going the extra mile

The person
• At least 5 years working with pump systems
• Comfortable with booster sets and installations (essential)
• Electrically competent (18th Edition preferred)
• CSCS card and Confined Space training are a bonus
• Some knowledge of Legionella Control and Water Hygiene
• Good communicator with solid report writing skills
• Self-starter who can stay organised and manage your own time
• Holds a full UK driving licence and lives within commuting distance of Central London
