Summary
Randstad are seeking a skilled and qualified Mobile Electrician to join our clients mobile team and carry out electrical day-to-day repairs, testing, maintenance, and installation work on a portfolio of properties in Sunderland.
The Package:
- Competitive salary of £37,500 per annum
- Permanent, full-time vacancy.
- Monday to Friday work, 40 hours.
- Company van and fuel card.
- Generous company pension scheme.
- Annual Holidays including bank holidays.
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, installation, and testing works to the Client's domestic and commercial properties.
- To perform domestic and commercial electrical installation condition reporting.
- Complete minor elements of general maintenance tasks.
- Complete domestic electrical maintenance, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Complete rewires, upgrading and replacing outdated or faulty wiring to maintain system integrity.
- Carry out smoke alarm installations, ensuring the proper installation and function of smoke detection systems.
- Complete fuse board upgrades, modernising electrical panels to meet current regulations and performance standards.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
- City and Guilds 2361 part 1 & 2 or equivalent.
- AM2 practical trade test qualification
- 18th Edition Qualification
- Previous domestic experience
- Valid UK Driver's Licence
