We are looking for reliable and experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to join our client's team in Clitheroe. This role involves trunking work, meaning no handball and clean, straightforward runs. Evening starts make this ideal for drivers who prefer later shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out trunking runs between depots and distribution centres.
- Ensure all loads are secure and comply with safety standards.
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with transport planners and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to Working Time Directive and EU Drivers' Hours Regulations.
- Start Time: 18:00 (client will confirm exact times before each shift).
- Work Type: Trunking - no manual handling required.
- Duration: Ongoing assignment with consistent work available.
- Pay: £17.00 per hour (weekly pay).
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience.
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card.
