Summary
Team Leader – Adult Supported Living (Derby)
Salary: £28,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Social Care & Education and looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee a cluster of adult supported living services in the Derby area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is ready to take the next step or continue developing within a Deputy Manager–level role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff across multiple adult supported living services
Ensure high-quality care and support standards
Attend and contribute to MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) meetings
Support with service development and day-to-day operational oversight
Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks)
Maintain a flexible approach to meet service needs
Requirements
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
2–3 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager
Proven experience in staff supervision, leadership, and mentoring
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Ability to work flexibly across services in Derby
