Summary
Team Leader – Adult Supported Living
Salary: £13.50 to £14.40 per hour
Social Care & Education and looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee a cluster of adult supported living services in the Derby area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills .
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff across multiple adult supported living services
Ensure high-quality care and support standards
Attend and contribute to MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) meetings
Support with service development and day-to-day operational oversight
Maintain a flexible approach to meet service needs
Requirements
12 months experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager
Proven experience in staff supervision, leadership, and mentoring
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
