Broadwater Medical Centre Job Description Job Title: Workflow Administrator/Clinical Coder 6 monthfixed term contract Reports to: Administration Manager Hours: 20 - 37.5 hours/week Pay: according to experience Job Summary Process, code and distribute all incoming clinical correspondence in line with practice workflow protocols. Applicant must have previous SystmOne experience and be familiar with workflow, CTV3 and Snomed. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience of workflow optimisation also essential. Main Duties & Key Tasks Process all incoming post from hospitals, clinics and other services Coding information contained in incoming documents in accordance with coding guidelines and distribute to other practice teams as required. Applicants must be confident to work with a high degree of autonomy whilst following practice guidelines.
