Summary
Essential Registered Nurse on the NMC register or newly qualified awaiting PIN Relevant nursing qualification (degree, diploma or equivalent). Evidence of recent clinical experience or successful completion of preceptorship for newly qualified staff. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing priorities. Commitment to patient safety and continuous improvement. Record keeping:Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with professional guidelines and trust policies. Professional development:Develop and maintain professional knowledge and skills, participate in clinical audits, and meet revalidation requirements. Adherence to policies:Work within the framework of theNMC Code of Conductand ensure compliance with all trust policies, procedures, and standards, including infection control and health and safety.
