Summary

We're looking for a Pre Works-Coordinator to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham. In this role you will plan scheduling of the work for both internal and external operations, ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

Location: Birmingham - office based 5 days per week

Hours: 6-month Fixed Term Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £27,000 per year + benefits



What will you be responsible for?

As a Pre Works-Coordinator, you'll be accountable for ensuring the corporate procedures are complied with, job packs are relevant and properly prepared, programmes of work are clear and adequate, and all relevant records are maintained

Your day to day will include:

-Ensuring production of detailed works handovers/Planned works

-Scheduling works to gang devices as required

-Liaise with planning and delivery teams to ensure jobs are planned right first time, cost effectively

-Assessing plant and material needs for work to be carried out, undertaking risk assessments & safety checks, toolbox talks and audits, review daily productivity targets to ensure budgets managed effectively
