We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across commercial properties.

Job Description

This is a full-time role with fixed hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) and a clear overtime structure.

You’ll enjoy a steady workload with scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance for commercial plumbing systems.

Perform general building services maintenance across a range of facilities.

Repair cracked pipes, clear clogged drainage, and maintain complex plumbing systems (e.g., washers, steam cleaning devices, air compressors, hydraulic lifts, water/drainage systems, sprinkler systems).

Conduct leak detection tests, solder/braze tubing and piping, and install/repair components in water heaters, tanks, sinks, showers, and storage facilities.

Install, modify, and repair plumbing systems including valves, traps, unions, and backflow prevention devices in compliance with local codes.

Diagnose faults and carry out routine maintenance and installation work.

Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards within Facilities Management (FM) and commercial property environments.

Travel between sites as required, using company-provided van, phone, and PDA.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in mechanical building services maintenance, including fault finding, routine maintenance, and installation work.

Strong background in Reactive and Planned Preventative
Maintenance (PPM) for building services.

Proven track record within Facilities Management or commercial property environments.

Level 2/3 Plumbing Qualification.

Full UK driving licence (travel required).
