This exciting one-day per week post asMOSAIC SCAS (Social Communication Assessment Service) Coordinatoris an ideal opportunity for a clinician who is, or has been, working in a neurodevelopmental diagnostic team and would like the develop their skills in team management and service development. The post is an opportunity for a secondment or increase in existing hours for an SLT, CAMHS clinician, OT or professional with other suitable experience.

Job purpose:

To coordinate a high-qualityautism and ADHD assessmentservice for Children Young People & Familiesregistered with a GP in Camden,ensuringequitableservice provision. To provide a visible professional presence that service users, staff and other professionals can access forassistance,adviceand support.

MOSAIC SCASsits within the Camden Integrated Children's Service - a partnership of several trusts working together to support children, young people and families with additional needs. You will be based at Kentish Town Health Centre within the exciting borough of Camden, London. The role will include working in partnership with the NCL NDD transformation team and help to align all NCL boroughs to the optimal diagnostic pathways.

SCAS is a friendly, dynamic and team-orientated multi-disciplinary service with a wealth of experience and highly motivated staff. We are keen to create a safe, thoughtful and clinically strong optimal patient experience.

Job Summary:


To providecoordination and operational managementofSCASincluding responsibility for theday to dayservice delivery.

To act as a role model for SCAS staff,facilitatingand supporting the delivery of effective patient care.


To develop partnership opportunities and joint working with clinical and non-clinicalprofessionals, andliaise with other agencies asappropriate.


To leadSCASin service improvements and developments.
