Summary
Talent Management Specialist
Location: Luton
We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure an excellent experience for our contingent workforce, including providing wellbeing support. You will act as the primary point of contact for all contingent worker queries, delivering timely and effective responses while working closely with colleagues and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- CLR Activities: Manage onsite and offsite helpdesk for candidate enquiries, log and triage queries, and ensure timely resolution. Act as the escalation point and provide regular updates on query progress.
- Support Activities: Oversee the candidate journey through onboarding and offboarding, assist with administrative tasks, and support candidate care initiatives.
- KPI Management: Drive improvements in candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, respond to queries within agreed KPIs, and produce monthly and quarterly reports for the customer hub.
