Hays Education are working with a secondary school based in Bebington which caters for pupils across Wirral and the wider Cheshire / Merseyside areas.
Catering for pupils from Years 7 - 13, the school has over 1300 pupils in attendance.

Your new role
Starting asap in January 2026, the school are looking to appoint a Data, Examinations and SIMS Manager.
Covering data and exams, this is a varied position with the main responsibilities including:
- Management of school examinations, including scheduling internally and sourcing appropriate rooms; sourcing and training invigilators; coordinating entry and results data
- Managing the integrity of the school SIMS system ensuring all staff and pupil data is accurate and producing school census and post 16 returns
- Liaising with SLT and the school contractor on academic timetabling and making amendments as required
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this post, previous experience of working with SIMS and Microsoft Office especially Excel is essential. Previous experience of managing the whole exams cycle, would also be an advantage.
You will be highly organised, with strong problem solving skills and experience of supervising staff and prioritising work to meet tight deadlines.
