We are looking for a Team Leader to support the Library Supervisor in leading and delivering an innovative, customer-focused, high-quality service at Ivybridge Library.
This is a frontline role and will involve supporting the team of Customer Service Assistants to develop and deliver an excellent customer experience, responding to the needs of communities, working with the team and community partners to maximise our impact in the Ivybridge area.
The role is also responsible for supporting the Library Supervisor in the line management of staff, creating partnerships, running events, fundraising, social media promotion, income generation and dealing with building-related issues.
