The Role
You’ll deliver engaging, well-structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, adapting your teaching to mixed-ability groups. Planning, marking, and assessment are expected, and you’ll play an active role in department meetings and intervention where needed. The school values teachers who bring clarity, consistency, and strong curriculum knowledge.

The Candidate
You’ll need:

- QTS or ECT status in Secondary Maths
- Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
- Confident classroom management and an ability to build positive rapport quickly
- A proactive, organised approach to planning and assessment
- Reliability and a genuine commitment to helping pupils progress
